Vicky was great
Excellent service
Treated with dignity and respect, treated with kindness, lots of information to read ,and how to do the exercises
Excellent all round care. Caring, informative and considerate.
Very good
It is like walking in to a war zone. You could say I could compare it with a third world country
Appointment on time.
Treated very very well.
Understood problem and provided realistic treatment / golas.
Patients should not be denied treatment because of their age. Relatives should be properly informed of the patient's condition and properly consulted about the patient.streatment. DNAR forms should not be issued against patient and relative's wishes
No kindness or compassion was shown to patient or his wife.
Staff on this ward need to be told that their behaviour is callous and unacceptable
in many cases.
It is debatable whether kindness can be taught, but staff should not be employed in caring for sick people if they are uncaring individuals.
Summary: Don’t know ass from elbow
someone booked ambulance before even being discharged
Had appointment follow up booked whisky’s still being seen via telephone rather than someone speaking with family on site!
Had someone come to collect and transfer to cricklewood with not prior information when waiting to be discharged!
Given prescription and advised to go pharmacy when medication had already been given to ward
Only one person (Sinead - who was actually caring) knew where pharmacy was and she is temp as to perm staff who just run around clueless avoiding interaction with patients.
A disgrace and that’s being polite!
The nurse was very engaging and explained everything easily so i could understand. Also she was kind and treated me with respect.
